From August 22nd to 23rd, the China Enterprise Culture Research Association held the "Third China Private Enterprise Culture Forum" in Chengdu, honoring a number of outstanding enterprises. Jiangsu Nanji Machinery Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "Benchmark Unit for Happy Private Enterprises in China."

In a high-level dialogue interview, Chairman Ni Zhizhong shared the journey of "starting from the heart and building a happy enterprise," earning rounds of applause from the forum guests. The dialogue mainly covered the following aspects:
I. Briefly introduce Nanji Machinery's achievements in building a happy enterprise.
Since we, Jiangsu Nanji Machinery Co., Ltd., started building a happy enterprise in 2010, we have consistently done 20 good things for our employees every year. We have built a unique Nanji-style happy culture system of "cultural and development resonance, happiness and employee co-construction and sharing," established standards for corporate happiness culture, and strived to achieve six major indicators: "harmonious and friendly, happy work, common prosperity, common development, social respect, and longevity." We have been awarded national-level titles such as "National Demonstration Unit for Enterprise Culture Construction" and "National Model Workers' Home."

II. How Nanji Machinery uses the power of culture to build a happy enterprise.
Corporate culture is Nanji Machinery's soft power, and "happiness" is our goal. Nanji Machinery's 50 years of cultural accumulation has formed a series of unique Nanji cultures: Party building culture, management culture, decision-making culture, execution culture, quality culture, safety culture, training culture, innovation culture, competition culture, and inheritance culture, building a Nanji "happiness" culture system and leading happy Nanji towards higher-quality development.
III. Difficulties and problems encountered by Nanji Machinery in building a happy enterprise, and solutions.
In the process of building a happy enterprise, we did encounter some difficulties and problems, but we adhered to the following principles: First, in the process of handling twenty good deeds, when there is a conflict of funds, we first ensure that the funds for handling the twenty good deeds are in place in a timely manner. Second, building a happy enterprise is a people's project of Nanji Machinery. When the interests of a few conflict with it, we resolutely ensure that the funds for building a "happy enterprise" remain unshaken. Third, in the face of difficulties and challenges, we would rather reduce corporate profits than meet everyone's basic material and spiritual needs, ensuring that the employees' happiness index continues to improve.

IV. What is the impact of building a happy enterprise on an enterprise for a private entrepreneur?
Since Nanji Machinery established a happy enterprise, the main impacts on the enterprise have been: First, the mental outlook of Nanji people has undergone a tremendous change. Everyone actively strives for progress, accepts new information and knowledge every day, finds new gaps, and achieves new results. The spirit of craftsmanship and model workers is fully promoted. Second, interpersonal relationships are more harmonious, and the core values of the enterprise are fully promoted. Third, the enterprise's reputation has improved, gaining social recognition and respect, and building a win-win development environment.

V. New ideas and methods in building a happy enterprise.
Building a happy enterprise is an eternal theme for Nanji people. Our ideas are:
1. Consolidate existing achievements and continue to do so, doing better than now.
2. Actively create conditions to improve the quality and standards of the twenty good deeds, so that employees' happiness index continues to improve.
3. Extend to employees' families, radiate to society, and pass on the happy enterprise culture, allowing the happy enterprise culture to bear more fruitful results.

In response to the above topics, Chairman Ni Zhizhong spoke passionately, demonstrating the patriotism of an outstanding private entrepreneur. Finally, Chairman Ni Zhizhong presented his new book, "Heart Landscape," to representatives of private enterprises and relevant leaders, industry insiders from provincial and municipal propaganda departments, the Federation of Industry and Commerce, trade unions, industry associations, and news media who participated in the forum, receiving widespread praise.
