On September 14th and 15th, the company organized relevant personnel in batches to participate in voluntary labor at the new factory—planting flowers and grass. On the first day, the spirits of the Antarctic people shone brightly alongside the flowers and plants, showcasing their excellent qualities. During the labor, the leaders always set an exemplary role. Digging tree pits was the most labor-intensive task. The compacted soil was filled with stones, bricks, and cement blocks everywhere. The company provides scholarships to the children of employees who have been admitted to universities.

On the morning of August 22, the company held a scholarship award ceremony in the third-floor meeting room for the seven children of employees who were admitted to universities this year. Chairman Ni Zhizhong, General Manager Ni Jianfeng, all members of the board of directors, and the students and their parents attended the ceremony. On August 6, leaders from the provincial and municipal federations of trade unions and the Jichuan Street Office trade union visited our Chengdong New Factory to inspect and guide our work on heatstroke prevention and cooling, and safety production under high temperatures.
