In terms of talent team building, the company further strengthens training and recruitment efforts. First, by regularly inviting senior domestic and foreign experts and professors as technical consultants, and establishing joint education and fixed-point talent supply mechanisms with large and medium-sized professional colleges and universities in Taizhou and Taixing, providing strong support and guarantees for the company's scientific research and development. In 2010, the company established the "Nanji Lecture Hall," using it as a platform to promote employee growth.
