Vacuum collection system

The vacuum collection system consists of a vacuum toilet, greywater valve, vacuum collection device, etc. In this system, domestic sewage no longer relies on gravity, but is drawn to the vacuum collection device through vacuum pipes by vacuum. The sewage is then transferred from the vacuum collection device to the domestic sewage treatment device, and after treatment, it meets international discharge requirements before being discharged externally. Therefore, the vacuum pipe has a small diameter and flexible layout. The vacuum in the pipe system is generated and maintained by a water jet ejector. A centrifugal sewage pump installed on the vacuum collection device pumps the sewage in the cabinet into the ejector, and then returns it to the cabinet together with the sewage drawn from the toilet, thus forming a cycle. The sewage also serves as the working water for the ejector. A check valve is installed on the ejector to isolate the vacuum collection device from the vacuum pipe system. This check valve only opens when the ejector is working.

    Overview
A vacuum collection system consists of a vacuum toilet, greywater valve, and vacuum collection device. In this system, sewage no longer relies on gravity but is drawn to the vacuum collection device via vacuum pipes using vacuum pressure. The sewage is then transferred from the vacuum collection device to a sewage treatment plant, where it is treated to meet international discharge standards before being discharged externally. Therefore, the vacuum pipes have a small diameter and flexible layout.
The vacuum in the pipe system is generated and maintained by a water ejector. A centrifugal sewage pump installed on the vacuum collection device pumps sewage from the cabinet into the ejector, and then it returns to the cabinet along with the sewage drawn from the toilet, thus forming a cycle. The sewage also serves as the working fluid for the ejector. A check valve is installed on the ejector to isolate the vacuum collection device from the vacuum pipe system. This check valve only opens when the ejector is operating.
The vacuum in the pipe system can also be generated and maintained by a vacuum pump.
