Purpose: This device is used for the treatment of kitchen wastewater. It can remove grease from kitchen wastewater and pre-treat kitchen wastewater. System principle: This device has a baffle plate inside, dividing the device into two chambers: a separation chamber and a water collection chamber. After wastewater enters the separation chamber, due to the different densities of oil and water, oil and water gradually separate in the oil collection chamber. When it reaches the oil discharge port, it is discharged from the device. The separated water enters the water collection chamber. In the water collection chamber, wastewater containing a small amount of oil is further separated. The upper layer of oil enters the separation chamber and is discharged from the device, and the lower layer of water is discharged from the device through the water outlet. This device has a drain port for cleaning the residue inside the device. In addition, this device can also add electric heating or steam heating functions to meet the needs of low-temperature areas.
