On March 30th, in preparation for the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, leaders including Yu Yong, Deputy Chairman of Taizhou Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, Yin Xiaojiang, Director of the Propaganda and Education Department, and Wu Zhonghua, Deputy Chairman of Taixing Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, visited Jiangsu Nanji Machinery Co., Ltd. for a special research on Party building. Company Chairman Ni Zhizhong, Vice President Wang Liqing, Director Gu Juan, and others participated in the research and discussion.

Deputy Chairman Yu Yong mentioned: Secretary Shi Lijun proposed that in 2021, Taizhou will be built into a desirable "Happy Water Paradise" and an industrial growth pole rising in central Jiangsu. As a representative of the origin of happy private enterprises in Taizhou, Nanji Machinery, please have Chairman Ni Zhizhong share the starting point, successful experience, and future outlook of creating a happy enterprise.

Chairman Ni Zhizhong reported on the background of creating a happy enterprise. In 2008, facing the financial crisis, he promised at the staff meeting that "no matter how many difficulties the company encounters, no employee will be dismissed." On December 31, 2010, he proposed the creation of a happy enterprise. Starting from 2011, he has insisted on handling 20 practical and good things for employees every year, striving to achieve six major indicators: "harmonious and friendly, happy work, common prosperity, common development, respected by society, and healthy longevity." In the creation process, the Party organization and all Party members played a key role. The Party branch's "integrated Party building" work ideas are integrated into every corner and every position of Nanji. This ensured the company's steady growth and stable development. Only by continuously improving employees' sense of happiness, managing people's hearts, and enhancing the team's cohesion and sense of belonging in a multi-faceted and comprehensive way can the value of a happy enterprise be realized.

Through this research, Deputy Chairman Yu Yong fully affirmed the integrated Party building hall themed "Red Fortress, Happy Nanji"! The Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce will summarize the experience of the whole city and plans to hold a launch ceremony in May to promote this work.
