On the afternoon of March 15, leaders including Ma Shusheng, Deputy Director of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision stationed in the United Front Work Department of the Provincial Committee; Luo Hao, First-Level Chief Staff Member of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision stationed in the United Front Work Department of the Provincial Committee; Zhou Qiangjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce; Dong Jialiang, Third-Level Chief Staff Member of the Party Committee of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce; Chen Jun, Deputy Minister of the Taizhou Municipal Committee of the United Front Work Department and Party Committee Secretary of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce; Gu Lei, Deputy Director of the 20th Resident Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Taizhou Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision; Yu Yong and Liu Qinghua, members and vice chairmen of the Party Committee of the Taizhou Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce; Yin Xiaojiang, member, vice chairman, and secretary-general of the Party Committee of the Taizhou Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce; Zhou Guixiang, Vice Chairman of the Taixing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Federation of Industry and Commerce; and Weng Jin, Deputy Minister of the Taixing Municipal Committee of the United Front Work Department and Party Committee Secretary of the Federation of Industry and Commerce, visited Jiangsu Nanji Machinery Co., Ltd. to conduct a survey on the creation of "Happy Private Enterprises". Ni Zhizhong, Chairman of the company; Ni Jianfeng, General Manager; and Wang Liqing, Deputy General Manager, participated in the survey and discussion.

The survey team visited the company's cultural exhibition hall and party building museum. With explanations from staff, they learned in detail about the creation of Nanji Machinery's happy culture and the development of its party building culture. During the survey and discussion, Secretary Chen Jun and Chairman Zhou Guixiang, among other leaders, stated that in promoting the creation of "Happy Private Enterprises" and facilitating the high-quality development of private enterprises, Nanji Machinery's successful creation of a "Happy Private Enterprise" has pioneered a path with Nanji characteristics, setting a benchmark.
