Antarctic Mechanical Ruitai Factory Successfully Holds Full-Staff Post Training
Recently, in order to further improve the management level and overall execution ability of the Ruitai factory, under the personal deployment and support of General Manager Ni Jianfeng, and the specific implementation of the training department, a two-week full-staff post training class for the Ruitai factory was successfully held, achieving the expected results in all aspects of the training.
At the opening ceremony, Vice General Manager Wang Liqing, on behalf of General Manager Ni Jianfeng, gave a speech, explaining the key role of on-the-job learning and lifelong learning, emphasizing the importance and necessity of employee post training, and encouraging trainees from different perspectives to cherish the valuable training opportunities, improve their skills, enhance their qualities, and perform their respective jobs even better.
The training content of this training class was rich, mainly covering team management and team execution, quality inspection and quality management, rules and regulations and execution standards, personal behavior and enterprise management, professional ethics and employee norms, safety behavior and safety management for Ruitai factory employees. The course content was comprehensive and appropriately challenging, further improving the Ruitai factory employees' understanding of various aspects of knowledge. In this lecture, young cadres were selected to lecture. Ren Cong, deputy director of the administrative office, explained "Personal Behavior and Enterprise Management" with vivid examples and interactive games. Gu Juan, deputy minister of human resources, used PPT to explain "Rules and Regulations and Execution Standards" to new employees. Through various forms of lectures, Ruitai employees benefited greatly.
During the training, all trainees consciously abided by the company's training regulations, listened attentively, took detailed notes, and actively participated in various teacher-student interactions. At the same time, the training center actively cared about the trainees' learning situation and promptly answered various questions raised by the trainees.
