6 On the 24th of the month, Huashang Academy's training session "Success - Starting as an Excellent Employee" was held in the company's administrative building, 9th floor auditorium. Attendees included all trainees from Huashang Academy's Taizhou branch, our chairman Ni Zhizhong, general manager Ni Jianfeng, all senior and middle-level managers, and some key employees. The training session was led by Mr. Yu Dacheng, known as the "No. 1 Employee Training Expert in China" and the "Founder of Chinese-style Team Training."

Chairman Ni Zhizhong delivered the opening remarks, where he extended the warmest welcome and heartfelt gratitude to all the distinguished guests on behalf of all the company's employees. He stated, Recently, we have listened to five wonderful lectures organized by Huashang Academy. The lectures given by the expert teachers were far-reaching in their ideas, unique in their concepts, rich in content, and touching. We have all benefited greatly and gained a deep understanding. Today, Huashang Academy has once again invited Mr. Yu Dacheng to give us a more wonderful lecture, "Success - Starting as an Excellent Employee." This lecture is an extremely rare opportunity for Antarctic to learn and improve. I hope that all Antarctic employees will listen carefully, take detailed notes, and strive to understand and master the essence of Mr. Yu's lecture; I hope that everyone will integrate knowledge and action, be consistent in words and deeds, and consciously use the new concepts taught by Mr. Yu to strictly demand themselves and their teams, continuously improving their ideological realm and work ability, and becoming excellent employees who meet the needs of the company's rapid development.

In his lecture, Mr. Yu mainly taught the following aspects: A person's success depends on six factors: ability, attitude, results, persistence, focus, and excellent character. Popular employees must possess five principles: First, take responsibility for everything and never make excuses; second, do everything wholeheartedly and treat customers as gods; third, maintain high standards and strict requirements for everything; fourth, be proactive in everything; and fifth, put the team first in everything. In work, three work styles must also be cultivated: rapid action, no excuses, and achieving perfection. When all of these are achieved, five mindsets must also be maintained: a mindset of career, a mindset of contribution, a mindset of learning, a long-term mindset, and a grateful mindset. Only then will success favor you.

Mr. Yu's lecture was vivid and full of witty remarks, with the cases cited being easy to understand, connecting theory with practice, and making learning enjoyable. After the training, the feedback was strong, with everyone agreeing that: This training helped us establish the correct professional mindset, cultivate professional thinking patterns and behavioral habits; change our work concepts, facing work with a sense of ownership; change our passive work attitude, cultivating a positive and contributing work spirit; establish a loyal and responsible attitude towards the unit; enhance team cohesion and improve everyone's execution; give full play to everyone's spiritual strength and improve work efficiency; cultivate everyone's grateful mindset, being grateful to the country, the unit, and family; enhance everyone's awareness of learning, and build a learning-oriented team organization. This training session was a rich cultural feast for us.
