From November 21st to 22nd, coinciding with the first anniversary of the Nanji new factory area, the company grandly held a series of large-scale activities. All cadres and employees gathered together to celebrate this important day, review and summarize the development achievements of the past year, and carefully plan the future development of the enterprise.

   Series of activities one: Visit the new factory area and envision a bright future

         On the morning of the 21st, under the care and guidance of Chairman Ni Zhizhong and the planning and deployment of General Manager Ni Jianfeng, a total of 150 people, including all middle-level and above cadres from the company, representatives of employees from the Nanji factory area, and representatives of employees from the Ruitai factory area, were divided into three batches to conduct in-depth visits to the new factory area's corporate culture exhibition hall and advanced production workshops, looking back at the company's glorious history and envisioning the company's bright future.

Before the start of the first batch of visits, General Manager Ni Jianfeng delivered an enthusiastic speech. Under the guidance of the explainers, employee representatives visited the modern corporate culture exhibition hall. Precious historical photos, detailed texts, and shocking video clips, together with the professional explanations of the explainers, clearly and vividly presented the company's development history, recent achievements and honors, policies and measures, and the company's future prospects. Under the leadership and explanation of Vice President Wang Liqing and Vice President Wang Jianhai, three batches of employee representatives visited the modern production workshops of the new factory area. Series of activities two: "The most beautiful youth of struggle" inheriting and carrying forward the Nanji spirit symposium

On the afternoon of the 21st, Nanji Machinery held a symposium on inheriting and carrying forward the Nanji spirit in the large auditorium on the 9th floor of the administration building. Chairman Ni Zhizhong attended the symposium, and General Manager Ni Jianfeng presided over the symposium. About 120 people, including middle and high-level cadres from the company, backbone personnel from various lines, representatives of veteran employees who have worked in the factory for more than 30 years, and representatives of new employees who have joined within 3 years, participated in the symposium.

At the beginning of the symposium, General Manager Ni Jianfeng elaborated on the important practical value and far-reaching significance of inheriting and carrying forward the Nanji spirit. The symposium organized the viewing of excerpts from the documentary "The Long March" and delivered an important speech. The general manager stated that General Secretary Xi Jinping said, "Every generation has its own Long March, and every generation must walk its own Long March. The Long March is always on the road." The great victories of our party in the revolutionary, construction, and reform stages are mainly due to the firm belief of the whole party and the possession of the great revolutionary spirit and the spirit of the Long March. This is the ideological foundation for all party members to remain unyielding and forge ahead. The corporate spirit of our Nanji Company is consistent with the spirit of the Long March of the Party. Currently, the company is facing a downturn in the shipbuilding industry, which requires us to inherit and carry forward the spirit of the Long March and the Nanji spirit, adhere to revolutionary optimism, and believe that the future of Nanji is bright, promising, and full of opportunities. Subsequently, Seven veteran employee representatives who have worked in the factory for more than 30 years delivered wonderful speeches. Vice President Li Qunzhi recounted the touching stories of the older generation of employees in the early 1970s who, under poor production and living conditions, demonstrated the spirit of "regardless of remuneration and time," the spirit of "respecting teachers and elders, and diligently learning skills," and carrying out production with guaranteed quality and quantity; Vice President Wang Liqing recounted the moving stories of the vast number of young employees in the mid-to-late 1980s who worked diligently and practically, studied hard, and maintained an optimistic attitude, mentioning the simple sentiments of gratitude to the enterprise and the country among young employees at that time; Minister Chen Guifang sincerely recounted the touching past events of the early 1970s, when the vast number of employees, relying on carrying on their shoulders and youthful enthusiasm, resolutely overcame the poor production conditions of "hard, dirty, tiring, and dangerous," and carried out industrial production and voluntary agricultural labor with high spirits. Chairman Ni Zhizhong emotionally recounted his 47 years of work and entrepreneurial experience and feelings. He recounted the origin of Nanji Company, "fishermen settling on land, 300 yuan of arduous entrepreneurship," talked about his learning experience of "being attentive and dedicated, researching technology" during his time as a fitter, talked about the story of overcoming poor conditions and leading production as a workshop director in the 1970s, and recounted the twists and turns and exciting stories of overcoming numerous difficulties and arduous entrepreneurship as the head of the enterprise from 1987 to the present. He pointed out that General Secretary Xi Jinping once said, "A nation that forgets its origins has no future." The same is true for enterprises. After listening to the entrepreneurial stories of the veteran employees, Li Weijun, Jin Xing, and Qiu Yanbing, three young comrades, delivered speeches.            On the afternoon of the 22nd, everyone came to the grand auditorium on the 9th floor with excitement and joy to participate in the one-year anniversary celebration of the new factory area and the Taixing City Workers' Cultural Stage's performance in Antarctica. Amidst warm applause, General Manager Ni Jianfeng delivered an enthusiastic speech. He first extended a warm welcome and sincere respect to the guests and friends invited to the event, and then summarized the brilliant achievements the company had made in the past year. The main achievements are:

1. Steady improvement in business indicators and continuous expansion of the sales market;

2. Continuous efforts in product R&D, and strong momentum in scientific and technological breakthroughs;

3. Further improvement in management level, and quality service winning praise;

4. Colorful cultural construction, showcasing the company's competitive strength.

At 6:08 pm, the Haoting International Hotel was brightly lit and resplendent, filled with a festive atmosphere. The company held a celebratory banquet here for the one-year anniversary of the new factory area. All company cadres and employees, as well as guests, attended the banquet.

General Manager Ni Jianfeng gave a toast. He first expressed his heartfelt gratitude to governments and leaders at all levels, and to our partners. He expressed the determination of the Antarctic people to carry on and strive, and made a vow of responsibility and commitment, and painted a picture of Antarctica's vision and goals. He hoped that everyone would work together and make joint efforts, on the new journey of development, to move from victory to new victories, and from glory to new glories. At his suggestion, everyone raised their glasses together, toasting to a brighter tomorrow for Antarctica and a better future for everyone.
