The Ni ballast water management system received unanimous praise at the Dalian Maritime Exhibition

From October 25th to 28th, Antarctic Machinery participated in the 12th Dalian International Maritime Exhibition. The Ni ballast water management system, as the company's core exhibit, attracted numerous industry experts, ship owners, and shipyard representatives. Many well-known industry news media outlets also visited the Antarctic exhibition area for interviews and reports.

Visitors consistently praised the Ni ballast water management system for its scientific design, advanced technology, and leading performance. Customers have given positive feedback, and its overall performance stands out among similar products on the market. The International Ballast Water Management Convention will officially come into effect in 2017. At that time, the Ni ballast water management system will surely take the initiative in market competition, strongly promoting the company's leapfrog development.

The Ni ballast water management system is a new system independently developed by Antarctic Machinery to meet the International Maritime Organization's D-2 regulations. The system first uses a 50μm self-cleaning filter to remove large particles, then uses a microfiltration membrane to remove all microorganisms, even bacteria. Inert nitrogen gas is then introduced to prevent the revival of organisms in the ballast tank. This is the only manufacturer in China to use this technical route. Using this technology, the system boasts eight major advantages: it does not add any substances (except nitrogen), has no environmental impact, is energy-efficient and saves electricity, has low operating costs, and provides excellent anti-corrosion protection for the ballast tank walls.
