Enhance Execution, Cultivate Good Character
—— Antarctic Lecture Hall Holds Enterprise Management Seminar

On October 6th, Antarctic Machinery held an internal enterprise management seminar in the 9th-floor lecture hall of the administration building. Chairman Ni Zhizhong personally lectured, with the theme divided into two parts: strengthening execution and cultivating character. The seminar was hosted by General Manager Ni Jianfeng, and all company administrative personnel attended the lecture.
The chairman began by guiding the discussion with the current domestic and industry macroeconomic situation, explaining the necessity of strengthening enterprise management and improving the execution of all employees. Throughout the lecture, Chairman Ni Zhizhong spoke in a clear and engaging manner, incorporating many interesting anecdotes to systematically teach the employees a large amount of theoretical knowledge and practical experience in enterprise management. He stated that in enterprise development, strategy accounts for one-third, while execution accounts for seven-tenths; execution is the lifeblood of an enterprise's survival and development. A sense of responsibility is the cornerstone of execution, and "rapid response, immediate action, effective execution, and persistence" are the key to execution.

In the latter half of the lecture, the chairman stated that in the workplace, character is more important than ability; character is a person's true highest education. Combining several interesting anecdotes and his own enterprise management experience, he imparted important knowledge points such as "12 character traits more important than ability," "three realms of enterprise management," "success in operation, failure in management, mistakes in not learning," "being with the right people," and "five essential elements of a team."
After the lecture, employees from several departments and workshops expressed their gratitude, stating that the chairman gave up his National Day holiday to meticulously prepare the lecture and generously shared his accumulated knowledge and work experience, deeply moving them. Furthermore, they found the lecture profound, rich in content, and presented in a lively and engaging manner. The content was highly practical, and they benefited greatly from the half-day course. They pledged to continue studying and implementing the lecture's content in their future work, striving to do their best and contribute to the company's development.
