Recently, the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in Taixing City, which has attracted much attention from the people of the whole city, was successfully held. General Manager Ni Jianfeng attended the congress as a representative.

At the meeting, General Manager Ni Jianfeng listened to and learned the work report delivered by Zhang Yulin, secretary of the Taixing Municipal Committee of the CPC, entitled "Implementing the 'Five Major Concepts,' Implementing the 'Six Major Projects,' and Creating Another Golden Period of Scientific and Leap-Forward Development for Taixing." He participated in the group discussions and plenary voting of the report, as well as other agendas of the congress.

During the discussion, General Manager Ni Jianfeng delivered a speech. He expressed his full support and approval of Secretary Zhang's work report and shared his thoughts and analysis on the spirit and main content of the report. He then introduced the key tasks that Antarctic Machinery will implement during the 13th Five-Year Plan period: First, taking the ship ballast water management system as a development opportunity to continuously expand the scale of the industry; second, taking high-tech and high value-added projects as the foundation for development to vigorously promote transformation and upgrading; third, taking multi-category high-tech products as the basis for development to achieve diversified product development; and fourth, promoting innovative management, seeking strong alliances, and striving to achieve listing during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, entering the fast track of capital development.
