2016 On the afternoon of March 13th, the company held an award ceremony for the skills competition in the new factory's metalworking workshop. General Manager Ni Jianfeng, Vice President Wang Liqing, Vice President Wang Jianhai, and all members of the skills competition working group, as well as personnel from various workshops, attended the event, which was presided over by Vice President Wang Jianhai. General Manager Ni Jianfeng, Vice President Wang Liqing, and Vice President Wang Jianhai presented awards to the first, second, and third place winners, encouraging them to continue their efforts and strive for even better results.
The competition lasted over a month and involved five trades: machinists, welders, sheet metal workers, machinists, and painters. A total of 146 people from various workshops registered to participate. The event adhered to the principles of fairness, justice, and openness, and no instances of fraud were discovered. The assessment and evaluation results accurately reflected the skill levels of personnel in each trade. After the results were publicized in each workshop for a month, the working group received no complaints regarding this work.
