Notice Regarding the First Photography Competition

To all departments and workshops:
In 7 month 1 day, the anniversary of the founding of the Party 94 is approaching. To enrich the cultural life of the company's employees, showcase the positive spirit of Antarctic employees, and promote the exchange of talents among photography enthusiasts, the company has decided to hold a "Celebrating Party Building, Welcoming July 1st" photography contest. Let us together record the most beautiful moments of work and life in Antarctica in the form of pictures. All employees and photography enthusiasts are welcome to participate. The relevant matters of the activity are notified as follows:
I. Activity Theme
" Happy Antarctica, Beautiful Antarctica, Our Home ”
II. Activity Time and Arrangement
1 Time: 2015 year 6 month 8 day—
2 Overall Activity Arrangement
Phase 1: Activity Promotion: 6 month 8 day, using the company website, WeChat platform, written notices, OA system and workshop bulletin boards, etc., for extensive publicity.
Phase 2: Work Collection: 6 month 9 day -6 month 25 day, each department and workshop will collect, select, and submit entries, and submit them to the company's administrative office before 6 month 25 day 17:30 .
Phase 3: Work Selection: 6 month 26 day -6 month 30 day, the company's activity judging committee will select outstanding works from the works recommended by each department and workshop.
Phase 4: Work Display: 7 month 1 day, a photo exhibition will be held, and employees will be organized to visit.

IV. Work Content and Requirements
1 Photography themes must closely follow "Antarctic ” , which can cover daily work, life, Antarctic scenery, etc., and must reflect the theme of "Happy Antarctica, Beautiful Antarctica, Our Home." All works must reflect a healthy and positive spirit. It can be a typical moment in work or life, a touching event or person around you, the beautiful scenery of Antarctica, or a shot from 20 practical and good deeds done by the company for its employees. Photos from recently and previously are acceptable for the competition, but must reflect authenticity.
2 The same theme cannot exceed five photos. Judging will be based on the order of submission. Photos must be clear enough, original, and the author's own work.
3 All submitted works should indicate the author's name, department, shooting time, location, etc., and include a brief written description (no less than 30 words), otherwise they will not be accepted.
4 In order to widely solicit entries, this activity involves all staff, requiring each department to have no less than 1 photos per person, and each workshop must have 30% personnel submitting works.
5 The judging committee will conduct the final selection of the submitted photographic works, resulting in:
1) First Prize 3 people, prize money 500 yuan;
2) Second Prize 6 people, prize money 200 yuan;
3) Third Prize 10 people, prize money 100 yuan
First, second, and third prizes will be awarded certificates, prize money, and a set of exquisite gifts.
V. Work Display
The company will hold a "Celebrating Party Building, Welcoming July 1st" photo exhibition on 7 month 1 day, and outstanding works will be exhibited in the company's Antarctic newspaper, website, and WeChat platform.
