On the afternoon of May 4th, the fifth-floor conference room of Jiangsu Nanji Machine Co., Ltd. was filled with moving songs, beautiful dances, and youthful energy. The company's trade union and Communist Youth League jointly held a gala to celebrate "May 4th Youth Day", themed "Inspiring Youth, Envisioning the Future." Chairman Ni Zhizhong, General Manager Ni Jianfeng, and other leaders watched the performance with all the employees.

Following the general manager's inspiring speech, a magnificent opening drum performance kicked off the gala. Then, a moving recitation of "May 4th, Our Festival" reviewed the company's glorious history of nearly 50 years under the inspiration of the May 4th spirit. The skit "Nanji's Bond" realistically reflected the company's efforts in addressing the most pressing concerns of its employees. The passionate and charming solo dance "Please Cha-Cha" and the group dance "Little Apple" presented a spectacular audio-visual feast for the enthusiastic audience. The male tenor solo "The Most Beautiful Song for Mother" reflected the Nanji people's happy sentiments and gratitude towards the Party. Chairman Ni Zhizhong's impromptu singing and interaction with the employees further strengthened the bond between management and staff, pushing the gala to a climax.

The 12 programs of this gala were closely linked to the company's reality, originating from life, transcending life, and guiding life. All programs were self-written, self-directed, and self-performed, after undergoing several reviews. They fully demonstrated the energetic and enterprising spirit of the company's youth under the leadership of the board of directors, achieving the goals of promoting the spirit, showcasing vitality, enriching lives, and uplifting spirits.
